Maloney Real Estate

Ms. Michelle Maloney was a fabulous real estate agent. She completely met our expectations and we felt well represented. Even though the buyer wanted 3 extensions (because her house was not sold in Utah), Michelle urged patience on our part and guided us to a concluded sale on 11/10/2025. We felt happy we sold our home to a grandmother who has family in Vermillion. Michelle was knowledgeable, dependable, friendly, and thoroughly professional in her dealings with us. I would unhesitatingly recommend her services to any one in the real estate market - buyer or seller. Best wishes to her and her firm! Srini & Rekha

Michelle is outstanding! I recommend her and staff without reservation and suggest that she is the finest real estate professional I have ever worked with. I met with Michelle hours after deciding to sell our home. She was accessible and perfectly communicative. She helped us price and prepare our home in Vermillion so that the price reflected the true value of the home and its location. She remained patient while we performed prep work and was absolutely instrumental in working with buyers agents. Michelle applied her acumen and provided sound council on some early "quirky" offers. Her guidance resulted in garnering the highest value sale and price per square foot in our neighborhood...ever. We have owned many properties and in the past, some realtors have "disappeared" after the contract is signed. Michelle stayed in close communication with us throughout and even assisted us after we moved out of state with preparing the home for its next owner. Her dedication and professionalism are unparalleled in the community - evidenced by her strong investment in virtually every community organization and event. Treasure your time working with Michelle because she truly is the best!

Michelle was great and enjoyable to work with. She was very knowledgeable and addressed our concerns. When we talked about selling the existing home to buy our new one, she even had a buyer in mind. Because of her being so in tune with the market and having great realtors like Jessi Hanson, our house sold in the matter of hours.

Michelle was fantastic from start to finish. She was very helpful with every step in the process. If you are a parent of a USD student or potential future USD student and looking for a house for your child Michelle is your realtor. She is also very helpful with area contractors if you need a couple projects done on your house. I could not have been happier. As a long time resident and USD grad, Michelle knows the market. She probably knows every owner or tenant of every house in town. As an attorney, I usually ask every realtor I've worked with lots of questions. Michelle is very impressive and knowledgeable. I would recommend her to anyone.

Professional, trustworthy, dedicated---just some of the words I gratefully use to describe our experience with Michelle at Maloney Real Estate. My mother died, and we needed to sell the family house. Selling a house is stressful, especially when you haven't done it before and you're at a distance. Michelle really went the extra mile for us. She was so responsive and patient as she explained the process while preparing the house for sale to a new family. Michelle really knows what she's doing! If you're lucky enough to have her as your realtor, you will be in the best of hands.
