Michelle Maloney has over 17 years of experience in residential and commercial sales in southeast South Dakota. A lifelong resident, Michelle is known for her knowledge of the communities she covers, as well as her ability to help her clients find the right place based on their individual needs and wants. In addition to helping clients buy and sell homes, Michelle is also highly skilled in relocation, short, mid, and long-term rentals, and luxury properties.

Michelle began her real estate career in 1990, eventually opening Maloney Real Estate in November of 2013. In 2019 she expanded her reach by opening Maloney Real Estate Sioux Falls in her hometown.

Michelle was fantastic from start to finish. She was very helpful with every step in the process. If you are a parent of a USD student or potential future USD student and looking for a house for your child Michelle is your realtor. She is also very helpful with area contractors if you need a couple projects done on your house. I could not have been happier. As a long time resident and USD grad, Michelle knows the market. She probably knows every owner or tenant of every house in town. As an attorney, I usually ask every realtor I've worked with lots of questions. Michelle is very impressive and knowledgeable. Michelle is outstanding! I recommend her and staff without reservation and suggest that she is the finest real estate professional I have ever worked with. I met with Michelle hours after deciding to sell our home. She was accessible and perfectly communicative. She helped us price and prepare our home in Vermillion so that the price reflected the true value of the home and its location. She remained patient while we performed prep work and was absolutely instrumental in working with buyers agents. Michelle applied her acumen and provided sound council on some early "quirky" offers. Her guidance resulted in garnering the highest value sale and price per square foot in our neighborhood...ever. We have owned many properties and in the past, some realtors have "disappeared" after the contract is signed. Can I raffle my house?

I agree with Debbie, you'll definitely need some media attention to prove it's legitimate and not a scam. It's easier to do if it's to benefit a non-profit. That said, I've seen it done but curiously, I've never heard the results.
