Major Homes-Keller Williams Rivertown

Rachel and her team were excellent from start to finish. Rachel was very knowledgeable of the market and actually had to talk us in to listing higher than we thought we should. This was a blessing because we sold our home for $77,500 more than the price we thought we should have listed at. We had multiple offers the first weekend we listed and were able to close in less than a month!! During the process Rachel's team was there for us all the way especially Aleasha. She made sure to keep us informed and updated from the time we listed until we closed. Any questions we had Aleasha was very quick to respond and was able to make a potentially stressful situation very smooth and easy. We have bought and sold several home and I am comfortable to say Rachel & Major Homes are the best team we have worked with!!

Lacey and her team helped us sell our home quickly and easily. Thoroughly explained the process so we always knew what to expect. She is a truly caring person and looked out for our best interest. We will be working with her again to buy our next home.

Working with Rachel and her team was absolutely fantastic. They made what could've been a really messy process feel seamless. They walked us through every speed bump and got us to closing- happily ever after! I've used Rachel in the past as a realtor and can guarantee you I'll never use anyone else! Her team was just as impressive- they know their stuff!

I have used Major homes for 3 home purchases and 1 sale. 10/10 would recommend. All transactions are smooth and communication throughout the entire process is above and beyond. Rachel cares about the best interest and wellbeing of her clients and listens to what you have to say with wants and needs in a home purchase.

Absolutely incredible realtor! Honest, upfront, and zero hidden surprises. She gave us great guidance while still fully supporting our decisions, and her communication was top-notch. The entire process was smooth and stress-free thanks to her and her amazing team. She truly met our family where we were and helped us get the most out of our sale. 10/10 would recommend Rachel without hesitation!
