Rachel Major is the CEO and Associate Broker of Major Homes, established in 2014. Real estate is where she has found her passion! Her business model is based on her commitment to helping buyers and sellers make informed, confident choices while empowering them to make educated real estate decisions. She was recently Awarded: National Association of Realtors 30 under 30 by NAR - Class of 2019 and Young Professional of the Year by GRAR in 2018. She was raised in the local Grand Rapids area and attended NorthPointe Christian High School. From there she graduated from Davenport University with a Bachelors in Business Management, emphasizing leadership. Rachel and her husband Denny have been married since 2013 and also own some investment properties. Working with Rachel and her team was such a great experience for us, both buying when moving to MI from out of town, and selling now for a relocation. It was a quick turn around between the two times working with Rachel and she worked so hard to make everything so smooth. These processes can be stressful, but she has a way of making everything feel so much more manageable by breaking things down into simple, easy steps. Rachel started helping us less than a year ago on the buying side. She really took the time to understand what we were looking for and helped us find the right home for our growing family and was patient with us and changes along the way. When we were selling she guided us through every decision and always made sure we knew what to expect. She was a strong advocate along the way on both sides and helped get us the strongest deal and what worked best for our family. Her whole team is amazing, they kept us in the loop the entire time and were always quick to answer any questions we had and worked closely with our team in our new state while buying there to make the transition seamless. It really felt like we had people in our corner which made a huge difference as this process can be overwhelming. We don't have a large network of people to word of mouth recommend Rachel to in MI, and we would do it to anyone we meet! So if you're reading this, do yourself a favor and get a meeting with her and her team, you won't regret it!
