This was a blessing because we sold our home for $77,500 more than the price we thought we should have listed at. It was a quick turn around between the two times working with Rachel and she worked so hard to make everything so smooth. These processes can be stressful, but she has a way of making everything feel so much more manageable by breaking things down into simple, easy steps. Rachel started helping us less than a year ago on the buying side. She really took the time to understand what we were looking for and helped us find the right home for our growing family and was patient with us and changes along the way. When we were selling she guided us through every decision and always made sure we knew what to expect. Now that she has expanded the area she works in, we are using her again to sell our house and buy a new one back in our hometown. Of course with us it's never that easy. We are purchasing a home with another family so in order to buy the new home we have to sell two homes simultaneously. It's new territory for all of us but she is handling it like it's something she's done many times before. I have no plans on moving again any time soon, but should that change, we will definitely go back to Rachel!

I was able to establish a report with Rachel right away and had expressed to her that I would be looking to sell my house in about a year from that time. I had lived in my house for about 26 years so there was a lot to wade through before being able to sell. Rachel kept in touch and lent advice through the whole process. She even served as someone I could feel accountable to during the sorting and clean out progress of 26 years of living.
