We had such a great experience working with Shima. She's professional, honest, patient, and always on time. No matter how many houses we wanted to see, she was always willing to help and never rushed us. She really cares about her clients, answers every question, follows up on everything, and works hard to get the best deal possible. You can contact her anytime and she's always there to help. If you're looking for someone reliable and truly dedicated to her job, I highly recommend Shima.

10/10 from beginning to end. She helped us negotiate a quick close and was extremely calm and professional. I would recommend her to any family or friends knowing they are in trusted hands.

Kristin was an amazing realtor. She was very helpful towards the process of searching for our home. She was very persistent in having us achieve the goals we were looking for in a house. Having someone be as equally as devoted as a future owner/tenant is unmatched! Definitely worth reaching out to!

We have had the pleasure of working with Shima multiple times, and every single experience has been great. Not only have I personally worked with her, but my family have as well, and we have all had positive experiences. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional.
