My biggest advice to buyers is to get pre-approved first and know what you can comfortably afford. Focus on both the home and the location, and don't rush into emotional decisions. The right home should fit your lifestyle and also be a smart investment.

My biggest advice to sellers is to price the home correctly from the start and make a great first impression. A clean, well-presented home attracts more buyers and stronger offers. The right pricing and marketing strategy can make a huge difference in how quickly and successfully your home sells.

I've worked with a variety of clients, including first-time home buyers, investors, families looking to upgrade or downsize, and sellers wanting to maximize their home's value. I enjoy helping clients through every stage of the real estate process and making it as smooth and stress-fee as possible.

One transaction I'm especially proud of was helping a first-time buyer find the perfect home in a competitive market. We stayed patient, moved quickly when the right home came up, and negotiated a great deal. Seeing how excited and relieved my client was at closing made the entire experience very rewarding.

I got started in real estate because I've always enjoyed helping people and had a strong interest in homes, marketing, and investing. I loved the idea of guiding clients through such an important milestone and building relationships while helping them achieve their real estate goals.

Yes, I have earned both my SRS(Seller Representative Specialist) and CREN (Certified Real Estate Negotiator) Designations. These certifications have given me advanced training in marketing, negotiation, and client representation, allowing me to better advocate for my clients and help them achieve the best possible results.
