Jennifer is phenomenal! She knows everything about the area, including neighborhoods with solid foundation and what to look for behind the walls. A home search can be very stressful, and she held our hand the whole way. She was present for every minute until closing and afterward. Jen is the perfect liaison to all parties involved to be sure the process is seamless. My husband and I had little experience buying a home, and she gave us reassurance (explanation of each step, all options in the matter, signing documents, adhering to deadlines, etc.). She kept everyone honest and in the loop! I cannot send enough praise for her patience and knowledge. Highly recommend working with her!

This was the third time Jennifer helped us. We purchased a home in The Denver area in 2018, sold that home in 2023 and we called on her this year to purchase property in the Salida/Buena Vista area. She jumped right into action. Guided us in a fair offer, after issues were found on a home inspection she was creative in handling the matter and we received a $6K closing cost credit from the seller to mitigate the issue. Jennifer is outstanding and we would never use anyone else.

I dont even think an explanation on here would do justice how much Amy truly helped me in purchasing my home. Amy was professional, explained every minor detail, she was there for every single step any time i needed her. So many different scenarios happened with the builder that i would not have been able to handle myself because it was not your normal day to day purchasing hang ups. I am insanely lucky to have had her by my side for this process. Her knowledge of everything is uncanny and unmatched. She went above and beyond what I would imagine any realtor would ever do!!
