Amy was professional, explained every minor detail, she was there for every single step any time i needed her. So many different scenarios happened with the builder that i would not have been able to handle myself because it was not your normal day to day purchasing hang ups. ZillowVERIFIED Amy helped us buy our house in 2019 and sold our house in 2022 to move out of state. She made both the most enjoyable experiences. She even helped us find a top producer in the state we move to. She sets the bar by which all realtors should be held to. If we had a question we would have an answer in minutes. Having moved out of state before closing, and having a sprinkler issue she even got it setup and taken care of for us. She is absolutely the best in her field.

ZillowVERIFIED Amy and her team are simply the best! The market is crazy and you might think that makes things easier for an agent on the selling side of a real estate transaction, but I think it's much harder! She worked with us to get the home ready to list - including staging and amazing photos - and then helped us sift through the offers, calling lenders to confirm offer strength on all the offers we received. Our buyers threw us a curveball a week prior to closing and she went to bat for us and got it all straightened out. Her and her team's communication throughout the entire process was exceptional, as well. We moved out of the area and I'm sad we won't be able to utilize her talents in the future. I was looking for a second opinion and am so thankful for doing it. After running an estimate, she came in right where we thought the value should be, and we were very happy with the final contract price. Amy is truly the best real estate experience I have ever had! She provided many details that put our house in such a strong position in the market that within 2 days of listing we had 1 full price offer and 1 for over our asking price. Every person she works with is excellent, from the photographer to the appraiser. When things got a little pushed back and the buyers had trouble with their loan process, she was so good with negotiating and helping us navigate the extension with no extra cost. I will use Amy in the future for all transactions and would recommend her to anyone who wants an experienced, top level realtor that does the job to the highest professional level.

She was a great resource through the entire process - she had great contacts to help us get our home ready for selling, she knew the area well to pick the best selling price (Amy helped us set a new record for dollar per square foot in our neighborhood, so we know we didn't leave any money on the table!), she kept us informed as showings were happening, helped us negotiate details through the contract and inspection, she was available for if the appraiser had any questions, and she was in the room when we signed to close. Amy nailed our listing price getting the most out of the sale on our home, was incredible at communicating and always quick to respond. She dealt with with some of the little hiccups without us ever even knowing (super helpful because I'm a panicked kind of person). She is very responsive and showed us numerous properties often times on short notice, But always had a positive approach and helped keep us positive even when deal(s) fell through or didn't go as we expected. She takes the time to make sure that her clients questions and concerns are all addressed in a timely manner. I think we probably looked at over 20 homes before finding the next home. We sold our home through her as well in less than 3 days. Put on market on a Friday, she hosted an Open House on Saturday and on Sunday we received 2 offers at or exceeding asking price. I highly recommend Amy to anyone looking for an outstanding experience buying and/or selling a home.

ZillowVERIFIED If I could give less then one star I would. Amy E Brown of Madison & Company Properties was my realtor and I wouldnt recommed her to anyone. She was very nice at first. We would make plans to see houses and twice she had to reschedule because she was helping a friend move or had a family thing she forgot about.. things happen I know, so we moved on from that and not once did she ever drive me to the properties. I had to follow her all over town. Where I come from the realtor takes you to the properties no matter where they are. Finally find a place and as soon as i sign the papers i dont hear from her unless i needed to sign something about her commission. We had a problem with the builder not knowing if it would be FHA approved before I had to close. I asked what happens it it doesnt go through. Her answer dont worry it will. What kind of answer is that? I want to know what my options are. Finally I called the lender he explained everything . Again never heard from Amy unless she needed something from me. Closing day comes. We do the final walk thru and Amy says I bought you a gift. I had it mailed here. It's the ring door bell. I said thanks so much. She said to call her when I got it and she would help me install. I said ok. I waited about a month and text her, meanwhile, again Amy never contacted me after I moved in to see how things were going, not a peep. She got her commission. I didn't matter anymore. I texted her that I didn't receive the gift and I felt bad not saying thank you but I ddnt get anything. She said she was sorry and figured I got it since I didn't say anything. Who doesnt say thank you...really? She said she would look into it. She said the hadn't sent it yet but it's on it's way. So two weeks go by and still nothing . I text her and she said really? Again I figured you got it since you didn't say anything. A week goes by she text me about something the builder needed and then did you get the door bell. No I say. Another two weeks I say nothing yet. No answer. Another week I text I dont think its coming . She finally answers and says oh no. I'll check on it. I dont think it was ever ordered I've been checking every day for 2 months now. Anyway she says I will being you a gift card tomorrow. I said ok. I waited all day she never showed up, didn't text to say she wasnt coming. I didn't bother texting I'm done at this point. 2 days later she texts I'm a , I will come tomorrow. What time will you be home. I say 6. I rush home so I won't be late. I didn't walk my dog, didn't start dinner, 6pm no Amy, 7pm no Amy 8pm no Amy. Again no text or call to say she wasnt coming. I am so frustrated I wasted my time waiting on Amy.
