Madison & Company Properties

Working with Trang was truly one of the best parts of our home buying experience. We were brand new to Colorado and honestly had no clear idea what we wanted or even which area would be the right fit. Trang met us exactly where we were, with patience, flexibility, and so much knowledge. She happily showed us a wide range of properties, from homes in the mountains to places in Denver, and helped us narrow things down without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. What stood out most is how thoughtful and well connected she is. She understands the market deeply and explains things in a way that makes you feel informed and confident, not overwhelmed. Every step of the process felt smooth because she stayed on top of everything, communicated clearly, and made sure we always knew what was happening next. She also brought such a positive, calm energy to the experience. What could have been stressful actually felt exciting and fun. When it came time to make an offer, her strategy and guidance were spot on. Thanks to her, we truly feel like we found the perfect home and got an incredible deal. We are genuinely a little sad the process is over because we loved working with her so much. We cannot recommend Trang highly enough. If you want someone knowledgeable, kind, strategic, and fully in your corner, she is the one. We would work with her again in a heartbeat.

Were so glad we decided to put our faith in Trang to help sell our Bailey home. She gave us many suggestions in order to make it more attractive to buyers. Some of them stung a little but we know they came from her experience here in the mountains. And she brought us a full-price offer as a result. I was really impressed with the video the team shot of our property. (Although it did feel a bit odd seeing a person of Trangs media-caliber pointing out the features of our humble house.) No other broker in this area offered such first-rate, custom video-promotion with their service, for any price. And Trang didnt charge a dime for it. But its after escrow opens that Trang truly shines. Inspections and objections that arose from them were handled with calm and finesse. I never saw Trang get stressed. Mere bumps in the road. She always had our back in negotiations and we closed on time. If some upscale, top-dollar broker in the future were to come and steal Trang away from Bailey I would not be surprised at all. We both feel lucky to have worked with her. Jenny and Craig B. USA
