Trang took us on as clients without even us knowing a sale date. I had to sell my business FIRST, so she was patient! Once that was done, she guided and advised us in all the things to do to get ready, then we went live and she was wonderful as the house got showings. In this market houses were mostly getting an offer around 80 days on the market, but she got us an offer in 23 days!!!!! We had a hiccup with our buyer the day before closing but her confidence and reassurance kept us calm and we got to closing the following week. She was a true gem throughout the whole process and if we still lived there would use her again if necessary.... but YOU should use her, you will not be disappointed!

However, things aligned for us to make the move and Trang was our guide, guardian angel, coach, and mentor. Ill make this easy for you, here are five reasons why you must work with Trang: 1. Shes an expert: I ask a lot of questions and Trang was always there to answer every one. She educated us on the intricacies of purchasing real estate in Colorado. Whats appraisal gap coverage? Whats a belly in a sewer line? How can you research your own property lines in the county database? After it was all done I felt like I had earned a graduate degree in front range home buying. 2. She communicates relentlessly: Early mornings, late nights, I dont know how she does it. She was always there to let us know what was happening. We had to send in a revised offer at 10:00 PM on a Saturday and she was texting and calling us the whole way through. She would communicate to let us know that there was no news yet. I was pleasantly surprised and took this as a sign of how responsive she would be to my real estate needs and I was right!
