We converted our two unit home to condos and had Leslie list both. We are very happy we listened to her because if we had waited, we would have definitely sold the unit for much less based on the increase in interest rates. Leslie did a fantastic job marketing, negotiating and ultimately closing both units for us. Boston has so many micro markets and Leslie is incredibly knowledgeable about each. Brian is really diligent and super responsive. He also was just extra supportive during inspection, walk-through as he had checklists and things to look out for as a back-up.
