LUHU Realty

Paul Solomon helped us to buy a home in South Florida. He understood our requirements and showed us many houses before we decided on one. He patiently described the pros and cons of each house and helped us to form an informed decision. He also walked us through the process every step of the way. Great personality and tremendous knowledge of the area. Highly recommended.

What can I say? Working with Paul and Susan to purchase my property was an absolute pleasure! After our initial phone conversation and setting up my criteria on the portal; everything went smoothly. I relocated from up north and took a few flights to Florida to meet with them and tour properties. From the first, I felt comfortable and in good hands. They immediately sensed ?my style? and were able to narrow down both communities and properties. Perfect strategy in order to not waste my time and theirs! Paul and Susan are very professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, timely and most importantly to me honest and kind realtors. Thanks to them, the purchase of my home, the closing and everything else involved went smoothly! I highly recommend working with Paul and Susan Solomon for all your realty needs!

My husband and I were very pleased with Pauls knowledge and interest in securing the house we were interested in in Palm Beach Gardens. He was very attentive to us, offering great communication. Wed highly recommend Paul.

Paul was instrumental in helping me navigate a complex situation. I needed to sell my parents house and purchase a condo in a short period of time after they got sick. He has a lot of experience and is very knowledgeable of the south Florida real estate market. He was a one stop shop to help trouble shoot issues and has a network of contacts to call and help. He was able stage, market, and sell my property very quickly while maintaining top value. Time was of the essence in my situation. I am forever grateful. I look forward to working with him again in the near future.

Paul sold our house and negotiated our condo purchase. He was always accessible and responsive. I would recommend him with no hesitation. Enjoyed working with him.
