About Paul Solomon

One of my favorite things about being a real estate broker is helping the buyers understand the lifestyle (Adult Camp) that the communities are all about. Most clients hear about these communities from friends, but want a 3rd party to validate what their friends are saying. I celebrated 38 years as a Licensed Broker/Owner/Agent in 2026. I have both the GRI (Graduate, REALTOR Institute) and SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) designations Our local area is exceptionally appealing to 55+ homebuyers due to its proximity to various amenities. Everything from airports and highways to Publix, shopping, restaurants, and the beaches is just minutes away. Most communities are conveniently located within a 20-minute drive from the beach, offering easy access to a relaxing and enjoyable coastal lifestyle. Great local places for excellent bagel and pizza is also a bonus. For those interested in 55+ communities, my tip is to understand the details of the homeowners association (HOA) fee. Know what it covers to ensure alignment with your expectations and be aware of real estate taxes and homeowners insurance costs. Purchasing a home in a 55+ community is buying into a lifestyle, and understanding these financial aspects helps individuals make well-informed decisions that align with their preferences and financial considerations. Besides being a real estate broker, I am a licensed Insurance Agent (Life and LTC), licensed Assisted Living Administrator, Certified Senior advisor (CSA). Golf in my spare time too.
