Lee did a very nice job of selling our home, keeping us informed of the listing agreement and through the property sale We had an open house and multiple buyer vists. Settlement was seemless and we are on the next home chapter. We apprecaite all your help. thank you.

FANTASTIC!! This deal was not easy or smooth, as they go sometimes... and Leigh never fails to get it done. Having done a few properties in the past, I always know who to call and we get dependable solid results. There are literally thousands of agents out here in York, but when you find the best, yiu don't need to mess with the rest! 100% recommend, whether you are a new homebuyer or an experienced flipper or Investor, Leigh always has you covered!

Leigh did an absolutely wonderful job coordinating my home purchase from start to finish. She was consistently responsive, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right fit. She went above and beyond throughout the process, especially during the lending portion, where she worked directly with the team at Freedmont Mortgage to help ensure everything went as smoothly as possible and that I received the best possible financing outcome. I truly appreciated her dedication, communication, and personal attention throughout the entire experience. I would highly recommend Leigh to anyone looking to purchase a home!

You can't go wrong with Leigh! I didn't have a realtor when I started browsing properties, but when Zillow offered to connect us with someone, I took a chance on the offer. Truly the best decision I could have made. Realty can be confusing and the industry isn't always looking out for the buyer, but Leigh absolutely was. She walked us through any processes we didn't understand, gave honest opinions on properties we viewed, and went to bat for us on problems that popped up throughout the house hunting experience. I can't recommend her enough.

Leigh is very knowledgeable and listens to your needs and adapts accordingly. I have worked with many local agents over a 25 year span in the area and she is top notch! The BEST in the area. If you are selling or buying you most definitely need Leigh on your side.
