She was a great tour guide showing the features of each house, how they sounded and more importantly, how they smelled. She let us know which houses were overpriced, and the ones that were value priced. After submitting an offer Leigh guided us on each step and kept us updated and encouraged through the nearly 6 months of seller delays. If I ever needed realtor assistance again, Leigh would be the first one I would call.

Review I cant' say enough about the experience with Leigh on the super quick sale of my house (22 hours on the market) and the purchase of my new home 2 weeks later, where following her advice resulted in my offer being selected despite multiple competing offers. She was very responsive to all questions, and even picked up on an issue during our pre-settlement walkthrough. She noticed the problem, quickly checked and verified on the contract, and reached out to the seller's agent to get it corrected before we left the house, saving us time and money!
