LPT Realty LLC

Mauricio is an exceptional agent in Tampa area. His knowledge of the local market is truly impressive. He is not only knowledgeable in real estate market but also in all the steps of the home buying process. In addition, he is very prompt in his communication and following up with you. He took me to several showings and was always patient and thorough. Eventually, after I started the home buying process, he went well beyond his responsibilities as an agent by researching the information I requested and also staying on the phone as long as it was needed to answer all my questions. He always had my best interest and was able to negotiate the sales price down. His skills as an agent are truly impressive. I highly recommend Mauricio. You will not be disappointed in his ability to negotiate, follow through, and address your concerns.

Debby is incredible to work with and we could not have completed the purchase of our townhouse without her guidance. We purchased without being in the area and Debby went above and beyond our expectations by communicating with us during an initial look at the property and then representing us during the inspection and final walk through. Her communication is fantastic; if she was unable to immediately take our call, there was a text message letting us know when to expect a call back. She offered opinions when needed in a way that was informative and helpful. We could not be happier with our experience and the help Debby provided!

Zack, Gaby & LPT Realty did an excellent job for us in a challenging market. They were in constant communication and provided services over and above our expectations, from the initial offer through closing. They followed up every showing by obtaining very specific feedback information.

Debby is the best ally when buying or selling your home! Very professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated. She helped us find the perfect home for our needs and financial resources. After moving in she remained available to sort out details with the seller and expedited and resolved any issues with encountered.
