ZillowVERIFIED When our Mom was ready to sell her house, my sister and I immediately reached out to Gaby because she had done such a fantastic job selling our house last year. And again, Gaby did not disappoint. Not only did she do an amazing job of getting my Mom the best deal for her house, she also helped us find a great realtor to work with in Georgia for buying her new house. Both transactions went smoothly and working with Gaby was an absolute pleasure. I would definitely recommend Gaby to anyone looking to buy or sell. Her professionalism, dedication to her clients, and attention to detail are top notch!

If I could give 10 stars, I would! Gaby was so professional especially for the closing which the buyers lawyer was extremely difficult and unprofessional. She was available for each showing, and her video was amazing! Gaby is the only agent to use in the Broward County area!!! Thank you for everything!

ZillowVERIFIED I worked with Gaby and Catherine and they are extremely professional. They always kept us informed on all activiites and were very responsive when contacting them. Xtreme does more than most agencies by advertising beyond MLS using printed materal and 100s of other marketing channels. They held multiple open houses in a short period of time and got my home sold quickly. I highly recommend the team at Xtreme.

ZillowVERIFIED We had the great pleasure of working with Gaby and Xtreme International Realty on a purchase of a single-family home in Sunrise. Gaby is an excellent professional and top of the line realtor. Gaby was always available to show us properties and get us access even with little notice. Gaby was also always instantly available for all of our questions even late at night. She has vast experience and knowledge of the market and that helped greatly when looking at properties and having our offer accepted in this competitive environment. Gaby and her team made us feel as family and even after the purchase was complete Gaby continues to answer any questions that we have. Well definitely recommend Gaby to all of our friends and family and would love to work with her again. Thank you, Gaby!

ZillowVERIFIED When my husband and I decided to sell our home and look for a new home, I texted three real estate companies one Thursday afternoon. There had to be an angel looking over us that made Gaby answer back to us that day. We decided to meet her that day itself and she set all the balls in motions for us from the get go. She is a powerhouse and needs to patent the name Gaby magic :) She can literally make the impossible happen and has lots of experience doing this. It shows with the skill she handled the sale of our old home and buying our new home close to each other! She has an amazing team working with her who take care of everything :) Cannot thank Gaby and her amazing team for the smooth process through this. It was just like working with friends :) We are definitely going back to Gaby for all our future home purchase/sale needs!!

ZillowVERIFIED Wanted to take a moment to write a few quick comments re my experience selling my home. Having known Gaby Martinez for over ten years, there was no question in my mind about retaining her services. She did not disappoint. From the initial meeting at our home, to the follow up meeting at her office, Gaby was a constant source of encouragement and knowledge. Her experience with first time sellers was evident and greatly appreciated. Gabys Firm, XTREME Realty is very active on social media, and our home was marketed persistently and professionally. Gaby was always available to answer our questions and help us through a very stressful time in our lives. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend that anyone looking for a caring , knowledgeable and professional Realtor contact Gaby ! Sincerely, Edward Hoffman
