Great personality and flexible availability. Pamela helped us find (and buy) our first home in VB. She was always available to show us homes on short notice. Her knowledge of the workings of the whole purchase process made our buying experience very easy. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for the 'right fit' and would use her again if the need arose.

Pamela helped us find (and buy) our first home in Portsmouth, VA. She was always available in the evenings when it was convenient for us and went out of her way a lot of times to show us homes on short notice. She was knowledgeable about the Hampton Roads area and always pleasant to work with. Would definitely recommend her and use her again if the opportunity came up.

Pamelas professional attitude and commitment to the end result was the primary reason the sale of my home was quick and stress free. On the first viewing the details of what needed to be done were clear and concise. Her knowledge of the neighborhood and what the buyers were looking for were on spot. If I had to do it all again I would definitely choose Pamela and her on hand staff to get the job done.

Pam and the Chantel Ray team did a wonderful job, truly going above and beyond to sell our house in Chesapeake! Her energetic and complete approach selling the house was invaluable in bringing the property to market and closing the deal. We had tried another real estate agent from a competing agency and were...underwhelmed. Pam was a breath of fresh air with excellent communication throughout and battled a local home inspector who was not qualified and almost cost us the sale. Once again, thank you Pam!

Can not say enough good things about my experience with Pamela Ibanez from Chantel Ray. I just closed on a Condo with her and her level of professionalism and expertise were phenomenal. I got a great price in a great location and good not be happier with my experience. Thanks gain
