Howard was patient, responsive, and willing to walk me through everything from evaluating properties and putting together an offer to inspections, HOA documents, financing, negotiations, and closing. What I appreciated most was that Howard never made me feel pressured to make a decision. He gave me the information I needed, answered my questions honestly, and helped me think through both the positives and potential risks of the purchase. He was also a strong advocate during negotiations and helped improve the terms of my deal significantly. Even after my offer was accepted, he stayed involved and helped keep everything moving with the lender, escrow, seller's side, and the many documents that come with buying a condo. Buying your first home can be overwhelming, but having Howard in my corner made the process much more manageable.
