ZillowVERIFIED In a time of need, Jeff was our answer! After looking to rent a place for months and getting nowhere, contacting Jeff was the best decision we ever made. His knowledge and professionalism allowed us to get our foot into the door of the perfect place. He did all the heavy lifting and was the perfect communicator between us and the property owners from transferring documents to helping negotiate. I would recommend Jeff to anyone who is nervous or is just having a hard time locking down any place that they'd love to live. Thank you Jeff for all your hard work and effort to get us here.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeff made finding a property to rent so much easier! He did all the hard work and all I had to do was show up. Definitely will be using him in the future, and I highly recommend reaching out if you're looking for a property to rent/buy in SoCal.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeff Eliot was the absolute best! My roommates and I were looking for a place to lease and only had a month. We were nervous about finding a property given the housing market is so hot right now. Jeff assured us he would find us a home within the month and was a man of his word. He worked around the clock and was great about communicating. We are now 2 weeks into our new home and its all thanks to Jeff.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeff was a godsend for my family. We spent months trying to rent a place and was having no luck. We worked with a few other people but they would disappear after a few denials. Not Jeff. It took us 2 months with him but we were able to find something and he never gave up on us. Thanks Jeff!

ZillowVERIFIED Jeff was a pleasure to work with. Very responsive and knowledgable. Many agents had made me feel pressured and lied to in the past, but Jeff answered our questions honestly, and helped my wife and I make the best choice for our family.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeffrey did a fantastic job. I live near San Jose so I'm not able to drive down and personally inspect my Rental Property easily. He video chatted with me and showed me everything that needed to be done to get it into rental shape. He also was able to get $100 more a month than I expected to get so that was really awesome. Very grateful for him and will use him again if the renters leave.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeff did a really good job renting out my casita. He would spend several hours a day showing the property and making sure he brought us the best tenant. He did a really good job and I'm grateful for him. Highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED After years of searching for a new property, my family and I finally found a place to call home thanks to Jeffrey Eliot. Jeffrey was very patient and understanding of our needs throughout the entire process and helped us find a beautiful home in south Orange County that fit within our budget. One of the things that impressed us about Jeffrey was his vast knowledge of the local area as well as the neighboring communities. The kids love the new home and neighborhood, and we couldn't be more grateful to Jeff for his expertise and professionalism. I would highly recommend Jeffrey to anyone who is looking into purchasing a house in Orange County.
