LPT Realty

Another one of our projects has been successfully completed. The success exceeded our expectations thanks to the wonderful people we trusted to sell our home. Tom and Dariya are true professionals in their field. Thank you for your work and support. We will be happy to continue working with you in the future. We recommend you 100%!

I want to give a huge thank you to Daria for helping us in such a difficult situation. We suddenly found ourselves without a realtor just 10 days before our move from another state, and Daria stepped in right away. She worked tirelessly to help us find a home for our family in such a short amount of time. Not only is she professional and efficient, but she is also incredibly kind, approachable, and genuinely cares about her clients. She made the whole process so much less stressful for us. We are beyond grateful for her support and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dedicated and compassionate realtor!

Tom and Daria helped guide us through the process of looking for our first home and were incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout everything. As first-time buyers, the whole process can feel overwhelming and confusing at times, but they always took the time to explain things clearly, answer questions, and help us navigate the market without pressure. What we appreciated most was how approachable and honest they were. It really felt like they cared about helping people, not just making a sale. If anyone on here is looking for real estate agents who are professional, responsive, and genuinely pleasant to work with, we definitely recommend reaching out to them.

We had a wonderful experience working with Dariya! She was professional, kind, patient, and always ready to help. She answered all our questions, guided us through the entire process, and made everything much easier and less stressful. We truly appreciate her work and support and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great realtor!

Chi is an awesome realtor and I highly recommend her! We bought our first home with her as our realtor with what easily could have been very stressful circumstances... in summer of 2020, as first time home buyers, while living 4+ hours away... but Chi made it a great experience! She gave us all of the information we needed to make our decision and great recommendations for lending/inspections/closing professionals. Chi then helped us sell this house about 4 years later, while we were moving out of state. She guided us on how to get the house ready and then found us a buyer at the open house the first weekend the house was listed, for 35% more than what we bought it for! Chi is knowledgeable, professional, calm, and overall a joy to work with. She was accessible, organized, and friendly throughout the whole process, both times. We 100% will use Chi again if we move back to the Virginia Beach area!
