Chi is an awesome realtor and I highly recommend her! We bought our first home with her as our realtor with what easily could have been very stressful circumstances... in summer of 2020, as first time home buyers, while living 4+ hours away... but Chi made it a great experience! She gave us all of the information we needed to make our decision and great recommendations for lending/inspections/closing professionals. Chi then helped us sell this house about 4 years later, while we were moving out of state. She guided us on how to get the house ready and then found us a buyer at the open house the first weekend the house was listed, for 35% more than what we bought it for! Chi is knowledgeable, professional, calm, and overall a joy to work with. She was accessible, organized, and friendly throughout the whole process, both times. We 100% will use Chi again if we move back to the Virginia Beach area!
