I would like to commend Mrs Michelle Gill for her excellent service and dedication she exhumed doing the selling process of my Schoolcraft Bldg.We were able to negotiate my asking price and eliminate such normal requests such as inspection and appraisal. Good job Michelle!! I look forward to working with you again in the near future futureaEUR|

Great experience and very proficient. Sent me new house listings everyday and worked with me until came across the home that was for me. She was very transparent with everything and didnt rush the process at all even with me closing on the house in a timely manner.

I'm beyond grateful for Mayson!! After searching for the right home for over four years. From the moment I started working with her, everything changed. She truly listened to what I wanted and what I needed, and she helped me find the perfect home. She made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and easy to understand every step of the way. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home!

As a first time home buyer, Ben did a lot to make me feel more comfortable with the process. He helped me find the right house for me based on the criterion I had given him, and when we made the offer, he negotiated well on my behalf. I was very happy with Ben as my agent and I would recommend him to anyone in Michigan trying to find a home.

Susan and the LPT Realty Team took on the sale of my home in a downward turn. With her hard work and persistence to get the home sold in a short time (due to re-location) she nailed it. We received lots of low offers, but Sue knew the number we were looking for, and made it happen. Hard worker is an understatement. She listens to her clients and does what it takes to get the job done. Thank you Sue, and LPT Realty for taking all the finding the right buyer! My realtor for life!
