ZillowVERIFIEDSusan and the LPT Realty Team took on the sale of my home in a downward turn. With her hard work and persistence to get the home sold in a short time (due to re-location) she nailed it. We received lots of low offers, but Sue knew the number we were looking for, and made it happen. Hard worker is an understatement. She listens to her clients and does what it takes to get the job done. Thank you Sue, and LPT Realty for taking all the finding the right buyer! My realtor for life!
ZillowVERIFIEDSusan handled our home purchase with expertise and professionalism. We had a very difficult time with the title company due to delays and errors, and she kept on top of them and walked us through the numbers. Her communication is excellent and responsiveness and sense of urgency helped us through the transaction. We highly recommend Susan!
ZillowVERIFIEDSusan did a great job helping us going through the process of buying a house! She was more than knowledgeable and she treats us like a part of family! Wonderful person, attentive, and kind! Nothing left behind it always on top of the answer Always available to reach back to you
ZillowVERIFIEDSue was the glue that kept our deal together. The sellers agent was pretty unresponsive and we needed things completed on the house we were buying. Sue never gave up. Hounding her until things were done. Unfortunately I started having the same problem with my loan agent. Just big lack of communication. Sue did a great job keeping the deal moving forward. Thank you Susan!!! I truly believe this wouldn't have happened without you.
ZillowVERIFIEDI would highly recommend Susan as your realtor! She has been a fantastic listing agent for us. She went above and beyond in marketing, holding open house and thinking outside the box in getting buyers interested in viewing our home. She made the entire selling process smooth and easy and was always very helpful in answering questions and providing recommendations. She was always professional and personable. Thank you Susan for all you did for us!
ZillowVERIFIEDSusan was amazing with selling our home. This was our first time selling a house and she was on top of everything and always ahead of the game. She helped us problem solve several things along the way and we sold in a very timely manner. I highly recommend!
