LPG Realty

We needed to sell our house fast. Chirley came through like a rockstar! We listed it on Friday, sold it on Sunday for way more than we listed it! She's the best!

Chirley is a very knowledgeable, professional, and hard working agent (often working late into the night). Her appraisal reviews of properties were always very close to that of financial institutions. This helped immensely when putting forth offers. Her knowledge of the area, professional contacts (inspectors, mortgage companies, contractors, insurance, etc.), and negotiation strategies really made a difference in our final purchased property. Overall, I would certainly recommend working with Chirley. She is an amazing agent, polite, friendly, positive, and extremely talented at analyzing real estate transactions.

Chirley did an amazing job with our process of selling our home. Walked us through each step and made selling as simple and easy as possible. The process took no more then a couple of weeks and she was communicative throughout the entire time. Thanks so much, I will be calling again for my next home experience!

Chirley is the best!!! She is so caring, patient and devoted! She helped us find our new home in this crazy market! She went above and beyond for us and we can not thank her enough!!! I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell any property!!

My wife and I live in Michigan. We owned a home in Toledo that we had purchased for our daughter. Chirley met with us about 60 days prior to listing and gave us some pointers during renovation. She was very professional and extremely pleasant. Chirley listed our house for us and basically sold it for full asking price on the very first day!!! Definitely will recommend Chirley to anyone who is looking to buy or sell their home!!!
