Her appraisal reviews of properties were always very close to that of financial institutions. This helped immensely when putting forth offers. Her knowledge of the area, professional contacts (inspectors, mortgage companies, contractors, insurance, etc.), and negotiation strategies really made a difference in our final purchased property. Overall, I would certainly recommend working with Chirley. She is an amazing agent, polite, friendly, positive, and extremely talented at analyzing real estate transactions.

ZillowVERIFIED There is a reason why Chirley and Tom have high ratings on this website and that's because they are great at what they do. My husband and I are from out of state and we knew nobody in Toledo. We found them through good reviews on this website and thankfully we weren't left astray. We closed just a few days ago and we couldn't be happier with their professionalism. I worked mostly with Chirley and she was on it. There were times when she didn't hear back from the seller's agent and she would contact me just to let me know which was much appreciated. This is only one example of many. My husband and I were definitely impressed and we HIGHLY recommend them.
