She was extremely helpful every step of the way and was never scared to go above and beyond anytime I needed something done. I wouldnt have got such a good deal on my house without her!

The job got done but I felt like I was an afterthought the whole time. Email communication from the transaction coordinator was timely and helpful but my realtor rarely disclosed her communications with important parties. I had to ask for documentation and clarity on things that should have been immediately disclosed. I was a first-time home buyer so it should have been easy to impress me but I was incredibly disappointed and frustrated with the lack of communication, clarity, integrity, and attention. I would not recommend Lori Horner Realty to anyone.
