Over all pleased with your company, only thing I wish were the lack on feedback from showings. That I do know is a reflection on other companies showing the property. I was pleased with the number of showings. The only other thing was after settlement on property for sale sign left up to long. Buyers also commented on this.

She responds quickly to messages and was willing to help us get restrictive covenants and other information about subdivisions even before we scheduled showings for home in them. She listens very well to individual needs. She is a caring and genuine person as well.She is part of a great team. They help each other with showings if one of them is busy with another showing or closing to be sure they can fit the clients availability.What really impressed me was the young woman, Nicole, that I will call the queen of paperwork and key dates. She helped keep both her offices realtors and clients on track towards closing with no hiccups. She even sent out a reminder email with contact information for all the local utilities and services so it was easy to have everything scheduled to be turned on from day one. That is such a considerate gesture, especially if you are new to the area.This was just one of many personal touches that made this one of the most pleasant moves we ever made. As a retired military family, we have had lots and lots of moves to compare them to.I will gladly recommend Alexis and Lori Horner Group to friends and family. Lori was difficult to get a hold of, did not like some of my questions & pawned someone else off on me. Said we didnt qualify for the aEURoewell sell your home or well buy it guaranteedaEUR? because we signed off on it due to we aEURoewanted to get as much out of it as we couldaEUR?. Well who doesnt want the most of their home?! She read each paragraph to us & told us to sign & we believed her. Never once in those paragraphs did she mention that she wasnt going to buy it. When I confronted her about it she snickered & said aEURoeI wouldnt even buy your house for that priceaEUR? (which by the way, the asking price was HER idea, not ours). Then, she said shed sell it as is & not to do anything else to it but every time we lowered the price shed have the assistant tell me that we should consider fixing this or adding that.
