Paul did an amazing job selling 4 lots for me over recent years and I have worked with him for at least 8 yrs. His knowledge of the area and the markets for new and existing housing, lots, condos and the rental market is unmatched. He knows every good service person / tradesperson in town which is super helpful once you get a place. Some RE folks a just sales, Paul has the full depth down to the practicalities of permitting, renovating, road ingress and all sorts of other development and build aspects. Highly recommend.
