Ernest and I met Mr. Ken in April. We were very impressed with that first phone call because he simply told us to send him our list of houses that were are of interest to us. We were amazed. He responded same evening with information on homes that will not qualify because of our veterans privilege... significant because no time wasted which we encountered in the past. His constant theme was take your time. It was a challenging journey but he was timely, professional, knowledgeable and honest... didnt have an answer? he would get back to us right away. We need more humane and empathetic people like Mr. Ken especially because buying a house takes PATIENCE and lots of it. After closing, on June 15th, we arrived at our new home with a lovely well needed surprise package of supplies... Our hearts were overwhelmed with tears JOY. He was truly exceptional and has left us with a memorable experience.
