ZillowVERIFIED I really never leave 5 star reviews... there is typically no such thing as a 5-star experience. Something small can almost always been picked apart. Some misstep could always be called out. However, Ken broke all those rules of a normal experience. He really went above and beyond for a sale that frankly could not have been but so much of a benefit to him. Ken worked with some serious bumps in the road to make something that should have been a difficult experience, seamless. His contact was impeccable. I didnt have to ask Ken for an update, he provided one every time I began to wonder. Im a real estate skeptic at best, but Ken made me realize that For Sale by Owner is foolish when there are people out there who would work so hard to sell your home. Thanks Ken!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Ernest and I met Mr. Ken in April. We were very impressed with that first phone call because he simply told us to send him our list of houses that were are of interest to us. We were amazed. He responded same evening with information on homes that will not qualify because of our veterans privilege... significant because no time wasted which we encountered in the past. His constant theme was take your time. It was a challenging journey but he was timely, professional, knowledgeable and honest... didnt have an answer? he would get back to us right away. We need more humane and empathetic people like Mr. Ken especially because buying a house takes PATIENCE and lots of it. After closing, on June 15th, we arrived at our new home with a lovely well needed surprise package of supplies... Our hearts were overwhelmed with tears JOY. He was truly exceptional and has left us with a memorable experience.

ZillowVERIFIED Ken did a great job for us when we purchased a local foreclosure. Despite the fact that Carrington Title in Texas was handling the title search ( not our choice or his) we still managed to have a fairly smooth purchase. Ken was very easy to work with and made a point of staying in touch with us, even when Carrington Title was holding things up, because they dont care a flip for their clients on either end. I would definitely use his services again and highly recommend Ken for all your real estate needs.
