LONG & FOSTER REAL ESTATE INC.

We could not have been in better hands! It was phenomenal working with Jeremy to buy our first home. He welcomed us into the home-buying process from the ground up, provided consistent guidance along every step, made us feel comfortable leading up to every big decision, and was good for a few (many) laughs along the way!

My wife Marley and I cannot recommend Jeremy Rosenthal highly enough! He has now guided us through three separate real estate transactions, and we can say without a single doubt that he is the only realtor we will ever use. In an industry that can often feel stressful and overwhelming, Jeremy is a absolute breath of fresh air. Every single transaction weve done with him has gone incredibly smoothly, entirely thanks to his expertise, dedication, and proactive communication. He handles every detail with absolute professionalism, making the entire process feel effortless for us. Beyond his sharp real estate skills, Jeremy is just a genuinely nice person who truly cares about his clients. He treats you like family, always keeping your best interests at heart rather than just trying to close a deal. If you want a realtor who is knowledgeable, reliable, and a joy to work with, look no further than Jeremy!

Choosing Jeremy as our real estate agent was the best possible choice we couldve made. He is extremely knowledgeable in the often convoluted process of real estate sales. Always knowledgeable when we had questions. If ability affability and availability are the keys to success jeremy excels at all three. We couldnt be happier with our choice.

I had a wonderful experience working with Jeremy! He developed a great strategy to sell my house, and the house was under contract at list price two days after going on the market. Selling a house can be so stressful, but this couldnt have gone more smoothly!

We were in such good hands working with Jeremy to purchase our first home! He was kind, friendly, and compassionate throughout the process. He quickly understood our wants and needs and curated a tailored list of homes for us to consider. He was incredibly responsive to our outreach, always getting back to us the same day to chat through any questions or concerns we had. During and after showings, he was responsive to our feedback and adjusted neighborhood tours in real-time to ensure we saw all the best options within our price range. When we were unsure of what neighborhoods to look into, he provided us with excellent recommendations based on his personal experience and deep knowledge of Maryland areas, schools, and transit options, and guided us to look into places we had not originally considered but ended up falling in love with. He always showed up with a smile and made us feel at ease and comfortable every step of the way! As first-time home buyers, Jeremy took the time to explain each step of the home-buying process in our first meeting, and was thorough and patient as we asked all of our questions. Throughout the process he was informative and explained everything in detail, helping us to feel so much more confident as we saw houses and eventually put in an offer. When it came time to submit an offer, he gave us the best advice on the structure and price, ensuring our very first offer was accepted! He always had our best interest in mind, including when negotiating with the seller / listing agent regarding findings from the home inspection; he was diplomatic and kind while still ensuring we got what we needed to safely move into our new home. We loved every step of working with Jeremy and couldnt be happier with our new home. If we ever need to move in the future, we will definitely work with Jeremy again!
