He was recommended to us by a friend who I trust with my life, so my husband and I knew that he would be awesome, but being first time homeowners we didnt know what to expect. When we began chatting with Jeremy, it was November 2023, where we said that we were potentially looking to buy by Sept 2024. He was enthusiastic, interested in getting to know us as people, and completely supportive of our game plan. The first thing that stood out to us was how he sent us houses based on our stated preferences but never once pushed or pressured us in any way. The second thing that stood out to us was how responsive and engaged Jeremy is. With the white glove service he provides, you wouldnt know or believe that he has other clients at the same time. The attentiveness to our personalities and desires was simply incredible. The third thing that stood out was his incredible breadth of knowledge. We had come across a house we liked on Zillow, and agreed to meet to look at it. When we arrived, Jeremy had already walked around the property and flagged a number of possible concerns for us to consider. The comprehensive understanding of homes/the market/inner workings cannot be overstated and was invaluable throughout the process. If a home had water damage, uneven floors, non GCFI outlets, out of date appliances, and countless other details, Jeremy caught it. This is also why, when we found a home we loved that he had no major concerns about, we were elated. Because we had found a home we really loved, we decided to move up our timeline to see if we could make a successful offer. While Jeremy was very supportive, he also emphasized that we could take our time and was key in ensuring we didnt rush into anything. He told us that the longest (so far) he had worked with a family was three years! Three years of diligently and patiently assisting them find their dream home. Amazing. Once we found a house we loved, Jeremy did an incredible job advocating for us and negotiating with the agent. We went through a bit of a unique process, with the home initially selling to a relocation company and then relisted days later. He worked tirelessly and cheerfully with both agents to help us put in an offer. In the end, we were able to buy a house in a wonderful neighborhood (with a great school district), easy proximity to our jobs in DC, and checking off every box. Our offer was considerably under asking and was accepted, no waivers, and we even received a credit for a repair that was needed after a thorough home inspection. I have heard enough stories from my fellow prospective home buyers to know what an incredibly rare outcome this is in NOVA, and Jeremy was vital in making that happen. We have been in the home for a few weeks now and could not be happier. We would recommend him to anyone!

I would absolutely recommend him to anyone, but especially first-time sellers or buyers. If we ever decide to sell this place (honestly unlikely because it's so perfect!), we know exactly who will go to!
