Colleen fell into the laps of my wife and myself in our quest for a forever home in North Cape May. From day one, she was tremendously helpful in making sure we got the home we wanted (which already had an agreement signed from another buyer; fortunately, we made our offer within the three-day grace period). As most know, 2023 was not the best time to buy a home, but Colleen put our minds at ease knowing the area, and that we found a fantastic home that was worth buying and that refinancing options should be around the corner soon in 2024. Colleen has extensive knowledge of the area, and is very proud of her community. Another added bonus is that her husband is a contractor who has a wide array of handyman knowledge and fantastic/reliable contractors in the area for any type of need, as well. Her husband came to the inspection as a major added bonus, and provided COMPLIMENTARY estimates for every single item that showed up in the report. I would not hesitate having Colleen as a realtor in the future, and highly recommending her is an understatement, let alone if you are looking in Lower Twp or the Wildwoods.
