Brian Reed stood out as the best Wildwood has to offer: his social media presence was strong, and I could tell he put a lot of work into his listings.We spoke with Brian and then met with him at our home. He spent many hours answering our questions, providing data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. Brian made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other realtors would not take.When we saw our listing we were blown away. His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing! ZillowVERIFIED I have used Brian on two purchases and eight sales in the past year and find him to be an absolute rock star of an agent. He knows how to work with both regular buyers and investors, and is more responsive than any agent I have ever worked with. Many agents will just do what is best for them, however Brian has recommended many things in my best interest that may not have been in his. For example, he recommended that we offer less for a house than I had planned which we did end up purchasing at the lower price. Brian has great knowledge and connections in the Wildwoods and is the person I plan on using for all my transactions moving forwards as he is an absolute pleasure to work with.
