ZillowVERIFIEDCynthia Vogt has successfully listed and rented properties for me over the past several years. Initially I requested her help to rent one of my homes, and not only did she find me the ideal renter, but she has also sustained ongoing negotiations with him to purchase my home when/if I am interested. Cynthias intuitive nature is one of her greatest assets; she can read buyers/sellers/agents and finds the happy medium for all sides. Her negotiating skills are commendable. She is punctual, professional and knowledgeable. Cynthia strives for (and attains!) excellence in all her endeavors, and in my (and many of my friends) opinion, Cynthia delivers quality, thoughtful and successful real estate transactions. Without hesitation, I highly recommend my agent, my friend, to assist you with your real estate needs.
ZillowVERIFIEDCynthia Vogt has always been very professional and detailed to work with. She was always available for showings and never rushed me when looking at properties. One of the impressive things I remember is how she explained the process to me and all the details entailed so that I could understand. Feedback is very important when selling or buying and she always made it a priority to enlighten me .
ZillowVERIFIEDCynthia was amazing at helping us throughout the home buying process and her experience in all facets put us at ease as first time buyers. Recommend to anyone due to her knowledge and professionalism!!
