Long and Foster Realty

Peggy helped us sell our house in the Lake Monticello neighborhood and I would recommend her every time. We are wowed by her knowledge of the area, expertise in the market, and her constant support. Her approach to listing and selling a house is simple, unique, and highly effective. We would put our trust in her to represent us as a selling or buying agent over and over again!

Peggy has definitely earned her position as the Queen of the Lake when it comes to real estate! From the very first meeting, she was fabulous! She walked us through the process of selling our family member's home and was empathetic of the difficult position we were in and knowledgeable of how to navigate it best. Peggy and her team were extremely communicative, professional and prepared throughout the process. Her sales experience and strategy for our specific property resulted in a quick sale. Would highly recommend using Peggy for any real estate needs. If we have the need in the future, we will be using her again! So thankful fo her during this process!
