So about six months ago, my wife and I were thinking about moving from PG County to Anne Arundel County. A mutual friend linked us to Anne and the rest is pretty much history. We werent planning to buy a new home immediately, but were fine with selling our current home. Anne showed us properties despite knowing that we werent looking to immediately buy (or so we thought). We decided to put our house on the market right before fall. With Annes help and expertise, we made some improvements, settled on a list price and went for it. Literally within two days of listing we had multiple offers over our list price! We settled 30 days later, easy breezy. The day of settlement we decided to double back to a new build home that we visited a week prior and it just felt right. With no pre-approval in hand yet, we put in an offer and it was accepted. That was on October 4th. Today, we closed on our new home in Edgewater. Did I mentioned we got $10k in closing costs and the house appraised over $20k of our purchase price?! I Thank GOD for Anne! I cant keep praising Anne enough. Her CUSTOMER SERVICE was simply PHENOMENAL. Shes compassionate, patient, relatable and always available for concerns and questions throughout the entire buying process. Anne consistently sent me listings as well as I was looking for myself. When I found something on my own, she immediately made calls and set up appointments for us to go and visit homes that had over 50% of my"must haves"LOL. Although I purchase a newly built home, Anne knew the entire process and was there from beginning to end. Anne is the perfect example of EXEMPLARY CUSTOMER SERVICE. She is extremely knowledgeable about the market and when you feel most defeated about your finances in any capacity: Ann has a network of professional individuals that could guide you in the right direction. Even though it was a new home construction, Ann was savvy enough to negotiate some most needed essentials that a new homeowner would need right away such as New Cordless 2" Faux Wood Blinds; and Front Loader Washer and Dryer!!!! YESSSSSSSSS, Anne did that! Ann is enthusiastic about assisting you with finding a home to purchase, but most importantly she reassures you that you are making the right decision as it relates to additions and having you to think about resale value. I had SO MUCH FUN with Anne. More Importantly, I thoroughly enjoyed having someone in my corner to help my dreams come true!
