ZillowVERIFIED Anne was very patient with me. I'm guessing I was one of her more challenging clients. I really wasn't sure what I was looking for and told her so. Everytime we would look at a house and I would say I wasn't feeling it and felt like I was wasting her time, she would tell me not to worry about it saying "It's my job, don't worry and that we will keep looking until we find you what you are looking for." She was very honest about homes we looked at, giving her honest opinion, letting me know, "this is not the one." She made me feel like it was she that was about to spend her own money and truly tried to see the purchase through my eyes. Eventually, I identified a specific community I was interested in and she canvased her network to identify a future listing in the community. And at last, we found the perfect home for me. I highly recommend Anne if you are interested in purchasing a new home. She truly cares about delivering for her client a home they will love and working with the client to ensure that there will be no buyers remorse after all is said and done. Don't let her slip away!

She has amazing people skills and was able to get information about the area from neighbors. She didnt pressure me to buy the first house I aEURoesort of likedaEUR?, she told me to wait till I loved something. Anne allowed me to work at my pace without hounding me with listings. Then when it came time to make an offer she was relentless with the listing agent as competition was fierce with several offers. Without her I would not be living in my dream house for an amazing price.

She is extremely knowledgeable about the market and when you feel most defeated about your finances in any capacity: Ann has a network of professional individuals that could guide you in the right direction. ZillowVERIFIED Anne is highly knowledgeable and is a self-proclaimed "hand-holder" of first time home-buyers like myself!!! I love this about her! She was very responsive to my questions and truly acted as the liaison between myself and the builder/construction site manager in insuring that my home was up to par before I closed. Speaking of closing, Anne's job didn't just stop at the location of the home! She was highly instrumental within my loan process and advocating that the mortgage lender and seller were upfront and clear in all expectations of the selling of the property (including negotiating more money from the seller on my behalf), as well as the actual loan requirements. She's "the truth" in this business and I highly recommend Mrs. Procopio-Scott to any new or seasoned home buyer!!!

ZillowVERIFIED So about six months ago, my wife and I were thinking about moving from PG County to Anne Arundel County. A mutual friend linked us to Anne and the rest is pretty much history. We werent planning to buy a new home immediately, but were fine with selling our current home. Anne showed us properties despite knowing that we werent looking to immediately buy (or so we thought). We decided to put our house on the market right before fall. With Annes help and expertise, we made some improvements, settled on a list price and went for it. Literally within two days of listing we had multiple offers over our list price! We settled 30 days later, easy breezy. The day of settlement we decided to double back to a new build home that we visited a week prior and it just felt right. With no pre-approval in hand yet, we put in an offer and it was accepted. That was on October 4th. Today, we closed on our new home in Edgewater. Did I mentioned we got $10k in closing costs and the house appraised over $20k of our purchase price?! We have formally adopted Anne as family and are trying to sway her into being our neighbor. Keep calm and call Anne for all of your real estate needs. #WeloveAnne
