While our sale was very smooth (he got us above asking after only one weekend of showing), there were some stresses a long the way, and he handled them all with expertise. Our first buyers backed out and Ryan had another offer for us the same day. When our appraisal came in low, Ryan noticed errors in the report, presented them and the appraisal was fixed. He has a background in contracting which was extremely helpful because he knew how to get anything fixed and arranged for the repairs himself. He managed everything, including lots of questions and emails from us, with patience and know how. Highly recommend.
