We have the highest expectation and a laundry list of must haves when searching for a home. Meeting Todd during an open house was really a match made in heaven. His knowledge, dedication and patience really fulfilled the requirements we had for representation. Not only did we have the pleasure of working with Todd but we also got to meet his amazing wife Selina. The two of them make a fantastic team and were lucky to receive a package deal. 2019 was a busy year for us. We went from Planning a renovation, to executing the Reno, listing the property, under contract in 48 hours, conducting a 1031 exchange, closing on a property, finding a replacement property and closing on our forever home with ease (All while planning and getting married in between)! At no point in time was it difficult to get a hold on Todd or Selina. If we had any questions, concerns or needed advice they were always available to take our call and even meet with us within a few hours. We enjoyed every minute of our real estate journey with Them and are only disappointed that our journey is complete. I hope to work with Todd again in the near future and will always recommend his expertise to friends, family and even strangers.Todd and Selina, we appreciate everything youve done for us and all the knowledge you taught us throughout the process!

If we were limited to providing a one or two words to describe the abilities and work ethic of Todd and Selina, we would offer that they are "extremely professional."They took the time to always explain to us the intricacies of purchasing a home, and were never hesitant to explain in further detail. We were always able to contact them within a few minutes, and we never felt as though were ignored. They were always punctual and more than prepared for each and every viewing that we conducted. We viewed no less than 25 listings, and each time was idenitical to the previous viewing, in terms of their processes. When viewing these listings, Todd would conduct a once-over of the inside and outside to determine if any stuctural or cosmetic issues should be of concern. While Todd was conducting his once-over, Selina would escort us through the listing, and provide her thoughts while capturing any comments we might have. This always enabled the team to adjust their futures listing searches to accomodate the needs and desires of our family.Although we were aware that the team was working with several other clients, we always felt as if we were the only clients they had. They always focused entirely on us, and we never felt like just a number. They remembered and applied specific details about our family, and even provided several tokens of appreciation to our front door on holidays and other occassions. Todd and Selina were always able to recommend other professionals that are involved in real estate, such as lenders and inspectors. It truly felt as though they were a one-stop shop.What we lliked most with working with the duo, was that they offered several aggressive strategies, that were most likely to result in the Seller selecting our offer over many others.In the end, we did not proceed with purchasing a home, as unforseen work-life events made a home purchase less than ideal at that time. Nonetheless, we felt strongly enough about Todd and Selina, to offer a most positive review of their efforts.We are certain that if you select them as your representatives, you will more than pleased.

If you're looking to buy a home in northern Virginia, I highly recommend you give Todd and Selina call! They were truly incredible to work with, and I can't recommend them enough!As a first time home buyer, I wasn't sure where to start looking. Todd and Selina went above and beyond answering my (many) questions, showing me a variety of homes to help me narrow on what I wanted, and helping me through the purchasing process. I honestly felt like I was their only client throughout my house hunt and closing, even though I know I wasn't. Their advice about making an offer and quick response to emails/texts led to me getting my condo over another potential buyer. Now that I've closed, Todd and Selina are still here for me by providing recommendations to me on what improvements will make my condo truly feel like home, introducing me to a great contractor, and even going to Home Depot with me to help shop for bathroom fixtures. Todd and his wife Selina (they work together as a team) were phenomenal agents. They helped my wife and I find a home that met our very exacting requirements in an extremely challenging market this year. Todd is very knowledgeable about the local market and brings research & numbers to back up his assessments of pricing, including how competitive certain properties are likely to be. He told us upfront that he is not in the least inconvenienced by scheduling and going to showings with his clients and in fact enjoys it. Given the market and our tough-to-find wish-list, we saw between ~30 - 40 properties with them. They were extremely accommodating with their time, working around my and my wife's busy work schedules. They even picked my wife up once to go to a showing and afterwards dropped her off at the airport for a flight. Beyond the Delahanty's knowledge, however, they really wanted to ensure we ended up in the right home. On more than one occasion, they talked us out of pursuing properties that had some appealing bells and whistles but that also had major drawbacks, in some cases just beneath the surface. I really appreciated that and it was very clear that they had our best interests in mind. They have even continued to help us with maintenance and remodeling questions after our recent purchase. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Todd and Selina to any of our friends and family trying to buy or sell a home.
