Long and Foster

I had a very disappointing experience with this real estate agent. Communication was virtually nonexistentaEUR"calls and messages were repeatedly ignored, making it incredibly difficult to get any updates or information. On top of that, the agent was misleading about scheduling and completely unreliable with appointments, including several no-shows without notice or follow-up. Time management was clearly not a priority. Overall, this lack of professionalism made an already stressful process even more frustrating. I would not recommend working with this agent.

My experience with Kelly was professional. Kelly took the time to work with me by walking me through step by step. Anything I wasnt certain of, she got the answers. This wasnt just a job, she made me feel like a friend and thats what I enjoyed most. Fantastic 1st time buyer and glad I got to work with Kelly.

Heidi was wonderful to work with! She helped us find the perfect home and made it a great experience! She is responsive and knowledgeable and helped us every step of the way. She helped us explore all of our options and made sure we understood every aspect of the home buying process. She appreciates her clients and it's obvious she loves what she does!

Kelly Zajicek was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in every step of the process. She went above and beyond and always made herself accessable. She was very prompt in returning phone calls. If your nervous about buying a home, Kelly has a uncanny ability to calm your fears. The next time I buy/sell a home I will definitely be giving Kelly a call again.

I contacted Kelly to help me find a rental home and instead I ended up in the perfect townhome. She was responsive and thorough. I'm truly happy that she answered my inquiry.
