ZillowVERIFIEDI had a very disappointing experience with this real estate agent. Communication was virtually nonexistentaEUR"calls and messages were repeatedly ignored, making it incredibly difficult to get any updates or information. On top of that, the agent was misleading about scheduling and completely unreliable with appointments, including several no-shows without notice or follow-up. Time management was clearly not a priority. Overall, this lack of professionalism made an already stressful process even more frustrating. I would not recommend working with this agent.

ZillowVERIFIED In 2013 we were looking to buy our first house in Maryland. Hedi was amazing. We saw a lot of houses before finally finding "the one". Even after we found it, it was a very difficult road with the seller to come to an agreement. Hedi was wonderful with her attitude and her knowledge to do everything she could to make this happen for us. After many many months we got the call that it was finally ours. This is a huge attribute to Heidi's determination and loyalty to make her clients happy. We can not thank her enough.

This was my first time buying a house, and wouldn't you know that the one we chose was in foreclosure as an estate sale with a reverse mortgage lien on it. She helped us stay on top of our end of the deal so that we had everything lined up for closing, and when things on the seller's end presented problems, she worked tirelessly to iron those out, too. Without her help, I'm not sure closing would ever have happened. I'm so glad we chose Heidi to be our agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Heidi was absolutely fabulous. We were purchasing our first home, and we were adamant about moving to the Harford County area (a county which Heidi knows like the back of her hand). Heidi knew where all of the great schools were located, which houses were the best bang for the buck, and we ultimately bought the first home we looked at! Our home was a foreclosure, meaning the bank ownes the home. The bank was moving incredibly slowly during this process, and Heidi communicated with the bank constantly, thus hastening the moving and closing process. She is fabulous at response and communication! We absolutely recommend her to everyone! Ps- after we just purchased our home, our elementary school became a Maryland State Blue Ribbon School!! Yay! ZillowVERIFIED We'd spent six months building a home that, once built, didn't appraise - and thank goodness it didn't. The builder wouldn't reduce the price of the home and we decided not to pay more than the house was worth. We decided to look at homes available and were pleased to see the turnaround in inventory since we had last looked. We bumped into Heidi at one of the first homes we visited; the house wasn't right, but she was. With a great local knowledge of the area and a "tell it like it is" persona, we immediately felt comfortable (and relieved) to have her on our side. I'll be honest, we didn't find the home immediately and Heidi understood that this particular purchase was something we weren't willing to rush or compromise on. Through careful selection, we were able to narrow down and neighborhood that was perfect for our young, growing family. After that, the house seemed to find us and we couldn't have been more thrilled. It's not our first home purchase, but it was our biggest and Heidi was with us every step of the way. From the offer through closing, Heidi offered great counsel and perspective. Six months down the line and we're still absolutely thrilled with our purchase. She always kept us updated on what was happening during negotiations, inspections and the appraisal process. She really went to bat for us when we hit a snag in the negotiations and knows the contract inside and out. She is very knowledgeable about a broad area in Harford and Cecil Counties and was willing to show us homes that we saw online, as well as ones she found for us. Heidi helped my wife and I screen through the listings for our specific criteria. Her knowledge of the market went beyond the normal listing service and included for-sale-by-owner, foreclosure and short sale properties.She had a mastery of the negotiation and closure process. She helped us with our offers on a short sale, which didn't work out and several foreclosure bids. The house at the top of my "most wanted" list was listed on Thanksgiving.
