When I moved to Miami and needed to locate in the Doral area this past August, I was in need of someone to assist me to navigate the multiple apartment complexes in Doral, someone who had superlative local connections, expertise, and knowledge of the area, and one who was responsive, professional and honest. I found the perfect professional who fit those characteristics, and that was Mr. David Carmona. David is native to the Miami area and has vast, extensive experience and expert knowledge in the real estate market and in negotiating sales and rental properties. When I called him to ask for his assistance in helping me find a rental property, I expected the cold, impersonal "service oriented" person who would probably be disinterested in my request because it was just a rental property I needed for this current assignment I'm on. But David was anything but cold, disinterested and impersonal. Quite the contrary! He went above and beyond the norm to assist me to find an apartment, negotiate the lease and offer advice, consideration and full-service support to me. He also helped me to find stores/contacts for my furniture needs.. I have nothing but great respect and gratitude to Mr. Carmona and he receives 5 stars on all accounts for the help he gave me when I moved to Doral. He exhibits the quintessence of professionalism, consideration, kindness and responsiveness. Anyone looking for a real estate agent or someone to assist in locating the perfect home or apartment, I would highly recommend David Carmona. A true professional, an honest broker and a super nice, super honest guy! 5 stars for David Carmona, hands down!
