ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I recently moved to Miami from Texas for graduate school. We needed to find a place to move into within a week. Andrea assisted us in locating a rental sight unseen, the very same day we contacted her. She went to work right away and sent us a list with all of our specifications so that we could narrow down the search and pick the right place. Andrea met us at the property when we arrived in Miami to make sure everything went smoothly with our move-in. We highly recommend Andrea and will definitely work with her again.

ZillowVERIFIED It gives us great pleasure to recommend Andrea as your go to realtor in Miami. She is patient, incredibly responsive, super organized, and well-connected to home inspectors, real estate attorneys, and mortgage brokers. Being completely new to the Miami market, she kept us informed about what was an overpriced or correctly priced property. She explained to us about the different neighborhoods, including flood risks. She is our realtor and is currently helping us find the perfect home in Miami.

ZillowVERIFIED Andrea is exceptional. She really went above and beyond for me. She was constantly persistent and on top of my needs. I was looking for my perfect forever home to raise my children and she exceeded my expectations. I am aware that I am very anal in the things I require, but she was patient and delivered. I definitely recommend her. 10/10

ZillowVERIFIED Andrea was amazing. She was aggressive helped me to negotiate the purchase of me home. As a first-time buyer she help guide me and explained the buying process. This was probably the most challenging sell due to seller, but in the end we closed on my lovely 4/3 townhouse. Thanks Andrea for all your hard work and persistence. ??????

ZillowVERIFIED Andrea is a delight to work with. Always quick to reply to questions and supply appropriate documents. She was extremely punctual and communicative. The condo she found for us in South Florida for the winter was beautiful and priced right. And, she was able to negotiate a couple of perks that made our stay even better than expected. We would recommend hiring Andrea in any real estate capacity.

ZillowVERIFIED Andrea helped me find a warehouse to build a Recording Studio and start my business. Andrea was really determined and interested in finding me the best warehouse that was suited for my business. She showed me serveral different warehouses until I was satisfied. She also took the time to read and explain the lease to me. She made sure I understood and agreed with the contract. She even made some changes to the contract to make sure I was completely content. After two years of staying at the same warehouse Andrea showed me, my business has progressed. I am very pleased with her service and how she continues to stay in touch with me throughout the years.

ZillowVERIFIED Andrea is excellent. She is very patient and is prompt to act on any inquiry that is presented to her. I was very particular in my selection of a unit, but Andrea was resilient with her patience and persistence to find us a unit that we were happy with.I am currently a student with a significant budget and she went out of her way to find the perfect place to fall under that.If I ever move again, Andrea is the first person I will cal. Highly recommended!
