It was exceptional! Teri and her team were responsive and mindful of our needs as we had an elderly family member in the home while I lived out of state. We had 2 setbacks with 1 buyer backing out and the next losing their job. We finally moved forward with a buyer but had timing issues with the mortgage company being in California. We closed about 2 weeks after the scheduled closing date. All in all, we closed and are so grateful to her and the team on all that they did and the encouragement and care to bestowed to get us to the finish line. I highly recommend them!
