I'm Richard Nieves, a real estate professional with LoKation Real Estate and proud co-founder of The Nieves Group alongside my wife, Chely. For the past 10 years, we've had the privilege of helping buyers and sellers throughout Sunrise and the surrounding South Florida communities, where we've also called home for 25 years.
