I had been looking in Northern NM/ Santa Fe for about a year and had been thru 3 other agents that didnt seem very interested or wanted to sell me something I didnt want or out if my comfort zone. I was very frustrated. I found Lynn thru a listing that she had. She listened to me. She had a foreclosure that eventually went to auction. She explained all of the issues and risks with foreclosure a as well as the benefits. I got my Santa Fe dream home for an amazing price. She also helped me navigate all of the minor details.
