ZillowVERIFIED They are a waste of time. Dont waste your time. You will schedule an appointment and not hear back. I will not recommend. I had an appointment scheduled for 1/12/26 5:30pm. I received a call to confirm appt at 3pm, when I spoke with her I was told an appointment was ongoing and was given a # to call back. I tried reaching an hour or so after, to follow up but to no avail.

Wasted my time for 4 Months on a property that they had listed and I got under contract but it did not have the paperwork to actually be sold. A very disappointing and drawn out experience.

ZillowVERIFIED I dont know why theyre called a team. Ive only ever heard from Lynn. I would recommend Lynn but have wondered if she didnt steer my kids away from the properties I wanted them to look at (Im out of the country so they went in my stead) because of conflict of interest. I discovered from her AFTER I had entered into the contract that she and her husband have their own company buying and selling the types of properties I wanted my kids to look at for me. I cant help but feel that she wanted the same property. Still, the property I bought using her as my agent is in excellent condition according to the kids and I wont have to spend an arm and a leg fixing it up.

I was very frustrated. I found Lynn thru a listing that she had. She listened to me. She had a foreclosure that eventually went to auction. She explained all of the issues and risks with foreclosure a as well as the benefits. I got my Santa Fe dream home for an amazing price. She also helped me navigate all of the minor details. She even suggested some great local contractors for a few minor repairs. She and Rachel were very responsive to my needs. They went above and beyond. I have had my home for 8 months now and live it. ZillowVERIFIED i was not impressed with the performance of Lynn and Rachael. We called and tried to arrange a time to view a listing we ended up going and viewing the house on our own and the code was given to us and all they said was be sure and lock up after we are threw viewing the house. we did buy the house and we were not given the HOA Covenants till the day of signing, and come to find out the covenants were old and not up to date. so by not providing the newest covenants we have had to pay lots of money to get our property up to code by the HOA. Would not recommend logic real estate to buy a house or deal with.
