After sending Jeffrie numerous messages since 8/20/2026 requesting a tour for 102 surf Ave. I was contacted by Jeffries assistant. Took my information and stated that Jeffrie would contact me to schedule the tour. Weeks later jeffrie finally responds with I'm sorry just now seeing your messages. But the apartment is currently unavailable. Yet the listing is still up for rent. Sadly these are the types of realtors that want good reviews with 5 stars. While being untruthful and its also like discriminating. When a realtor states an apartment has been rented. Yet apartment is still listed for rent., Its definitely a RED FLAG! Just cant make this up with these False realtors. Yet these are the types of realtors that Zillow allows to list their apartments. When Zillow should be monitoring ALL AGENTS/ REALTORS as well.

I was told he was supposed to make a appointment with me from his office for a 2112 grand street and he claims that the people have not moved out yet but still has it posted and I tried asking if there is anything else available he said no but when I look online he has multiple listings he would also hang up if u call him this guy will not respond to you its unfortunate because I really wanted the apartment.
