ZillowVERIFIEDAfter sending Jeffrie numerous messages since 8/20/2026 requesting a tour for 102 surf Ave. I was contacted by Jeffries assistant. Took my information and stated that Jeffrie would contact me to schedule the tour. Weeks later jeffrie finally responds with I'm sorry just now seeing your messages. But the apartment is currently unavailable. Yet the listing is still up for rent. Sadly these are the types of realtors that want good reviews with 5 stars. While being untruthful and its also like discriminating. When a realtor states an apartment has been rented. Yet apartment is still listed for rent., Its definitely a RED FLAG! Just cant make this up with these False realtors. Yet these are the types of realtors that Zillow allows to list their apartments. When Zillow should be monitoring ALL AGENTS/ REALTORS as well.

He is not only an advocate for the homeowner/seller/landlord but he is also an advocate for the other party (renter and or buyer) as well. I am currently in a very delicate and complicated situation. Having the disadvantage of living out of state, I set up up a phone interview with Mr. Pena to determine what his company had to offer over the rest. We spend well over an hour reviewing the slide presentation, stats, and marketing strategies he had prepared specific to the sale of our home. ZillowVERIFIED It was my first time looking for a place for myself. I went through a bunch of apartments throughout the Bronx until I came across one spot that was under Jeffrie's radar. And ever since then, Jeffrie Pena has been the most helpful and informative when detailing that the apartment that I'm almost finished moving into, as well as the neighborhood where my new place is located in. Even the transition to getting the apartment was smooth, no need to push back the move-in date unless I specified, which was helpful since there was enough time for Jeffrie to review the terms and conditions with me before I signed the lease. As of now, things are pretty much at ease. Very few touch ups because the renovating crew forgot to address some housekeeping items, but other than that I love the place I'm living in.
